Sprague Brook County Park–a hidden gem

Veterans, Sprague Brook Park is my go-to place when I am feeling overwhelmed and anxious to get out of my house. Sledding, snowmobiling, and groomed cross-country skiing are three of the winter activities that can be enjoyed at Sprague Brook Park, provided that the weather is favorable. In the winter months (see photo), the park is amazing with the snow, and the view is beautiful.

This park offers the outdoor enthusiast a multitude of diverse and exciting adventures. During the summer, enjoy family activities like camping, fishing, hiking on the trails, and having picnics together.
